"Super easy to find things by aisle"
I really like the aisle navigation because it makes shopping way quicker. I was able to find my usual snacks without clicking around forever (which I definitely appreciate when I’m just trying to get in and out)...

"Good rewards, just a little slow sometimes"
I use the hmart rewards often, and the points do add up nicely over time. It just sometimes takes a bit for them to show up, which can be a little annoying. Still, if you shop there regularly, it’s definitely worth using.

I ordered some veggies and fruit from hmart, from what I remember when unpacking everything, a lot of it already looked past its prime. The lettuce had slimy edges, and the pears had soft spots right out of the box. I know delivery can be hit or miss with fresh food, but this felt like more than just a small issue. I ended up throwing away a bunch of it the same day, so I probably won’t order fresh produce from here again.

My order showed up packed really carefully. The cold items were still cold, and nothing was smashed or leaking, which was a relief. There was plenty of padding in the box too. it was better than I expected, and I’d definitely order again.

"Good store, but the parking is a hassle"
I do like going to H Mart for certain groceries and snacks I can’t always find elsewhere, but the parking makes the trip kind of annoying. Compared to places like 99 Ranch or even some bigger grocery stores, this lot feels way more cramped and stressful. It’s usually crowded, and I always end up circling around longer than I want just to find a spot. Once I’m inside, the shopping experience is fine, but getting in and out of the parking lot really takes away from it.

"Checkout could be a little more fair and flexible"
I like shopping on hmart online and have had good experiences overall, but the payment process is kind of frustrating. My card got declined even though it works fine everywhere else, and I had to try again before it finally went through. I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect a smoother checkout, especially when customers are ready to pay. It would feel a lot fairer if there were more payment options, like PayPal or other easier checkout methods

"A bit of a mixed bag"
I’ll admit, I kind of assumed everything would be fresh when I opened it up, but it was a mixed bag. Some items looked and tasted fresh right away, while others seemed like they’d been sitting around a bit too long. Not terrible overall, just not as consistent as I expected.

"Suspiciously Well-Stocked"
I went in expecting to grab a few basics, but somehow they had literally everything I needed, even the snacks from back home that I can never find anywhere. it felt a little too convenient, like someone had been reading my grocery list through the walls. Not complaining though. I left happy and slightly suspicious

"Great Customer Service"
One of my items showed up wrong, so I reached out to H mart and they handled it really quickly. The return process was easy, and my refund came through within a few days. Mistakes happen, but the way they took care of it gave me a lot of confidence ordering from them again

"I stopped by the H Mart..."
I stopped by the H Mart food court after doing some shopping and grabbed bibimbap and kimbap. Both were really good, came out faster than I expected, and the portions felt totally fair for the price.

The only thing holding it back is the seating area. It was crowded, and a lot of tables were messy, which feels a little inconsiderate when everyone’s trying to sit and eat. I’d still go back when I’m craving quick Korean food, but I do wish people would be more respectful and clean up after themselves.

I shop at H Mart often, and I always leave feeling happy with the experience. The store is consistently clean, from the floors to the carts to the produce section, even when it gets busy. The aisles never feel messy or sticky like some other markets, which makes shopping there so much more comfortable and enjoyable

I get that sometimes items aren’t available and someone has to make the best call in the moment, but a couple of the swaps didn’t quite fit what I needed. "Easy enough to find what I needed"
I’ll give them this: the store layout actually makes sense, and I didn’t have to wander around forever looking for stuff. I’m not buying into any fancy “great shopping experience” type wording, though — it’s just a store. The aisles can get tight if there are a few people around, which is annoying, but overall it was easy enough to get in, find what I needed, and leave.

"Love H Mart, but the website tests my patience"
I really like shopping at H Mart, but using their website is kind of a pain. It’s slow, pages randomly take forever to load even when my wifi is totally fine, and I feel like I’m being forced to sit there and practice patience just to buy groceries. Searching for items is annoying too because the filters don’t always narrow things down, and sometimes the results have nothing to do with what I typed. Checkout wasn’t much better — I had to go back a few times to fix things, which made the whole process feel more complicated than it needed to be. I still placed my order, but the site definitely makes you work for it.
